#24 Powerhouse Falls

Powerhouse Falls are, as they say, by an old powerhouse.

It was mid May and the trees were starting to bud, giving us this amazing photo.

The water was crashing and roaring around these rocks.

This part of the river was a little more peaceful.

When looking for these falls, if you see this sign, you’re just a little walk away. You walk up the street, turn right and follow the road until it ends at the river. We couldn’t drive up it because they had a rope going across the road.

This is where the road ends and you can see the falls from there.

This path is definitely not a well cleared path, but the views are worth the bother.
