Alone was I until you came
into my life.
You were like the wind.
I could not see you,
but I knew you were there.
A soft, gentle breeze that touched me.
You became the air that I breathed.
You lived within me.
You were like the water washing over me,
cleansing my soul
and giving me life renewed.
But the wind needs the sky to dance in.
And what would water be without
the earth to rush up upon?
Let me be the sky you dance in.
I long to be the earth
you stretch your arms out to.
You are wind and water.
I am earth and sky.
That water looks cold !! Brrrr….

lol I’m sure it is! But I love water so much I only see it’s beauty – unless I’m going to go in it, then I think of how cold it will be!

Thank you! I just checked your blog out. Such tough choices. You make us think, which isn’t a bad thing to do once in a while! I just became a follower.

I love trolls and da yoopers! There’s nowhere I’d rather live than Michigan. I try to go to the U.P. once a year. It’s in my plans for this fall. I checked out your blog. Love your sense of humor!
